Flickering

From a peer and tree enthusiast:

Fall autumn, fall
Let the tendrils of wise monarchs fly from your willowing bark
Let the burnt carpet of evergreen be ruffled with sheep’s wool
A cloud of rustic riches
A pattern of fiery suns
An arrangement of bittersweet lemon
Crafted crimson, delectable saffron
Titillating, zealous
Envy be gone, calm set in
Wafting apricots and pumpkins through the aching breeze
Wicks pulsating evanescent light
Silence as sound
